Flooring Tools and More provides your shipping costs during the checkout process. As part of the checkout process we will provide you with UPS shipping rates as quoted by the UPS Web Site. The rates will change depending upon the level of service you have requested as well as the weight of your order. Orders will generally ship UPS ground unless otherwise requested and will arrive in 2 - 5 business days.

If you live within our Flooring Tools and More location and the item requested is available you have the option of picking up your order. Our business hours are Monday thru Friday 7:30 am to 6:00 pm and Saturday 9:00 am to 3:00 pm (CST).
Flooring Tools and More offers shipping within the Continental US.
If we receive your order by 12:00 pm (CST) Monday - Friday, our goal is to have your order packaged and shipped the same day.
You can track your package as it makes its way to your address. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail shipping confirmation with a tracking or delivery confirmation number. You can check the status of your shipment by clicking on the UPS link on your shipping confirmation e-mail to track your order. Enter your given tracking number and follow UPS outlined steps. Another option is to call our customer service representative at 1-800-374-1981.
Returns and Refund Policy
If a product does not meet your needs, please contact us to authorize the return of the merchandise. You may contact us by filling out the online contact form or calling toll-free 1-800-374-1981. Please have your order number ready when requesting a return. We respond to all online return requests within 1 business day. Our return policies are as follows:
§ Unless noted on receipt of delivery materials are deemed to be without defect and/or shortages. Materials should be inspected by the buyer at delivery.
§ Due to shade variance, product availability and waste factor overages are computed as a requirement for each job.
§ Items must be returned within 30 days of invoice date.
§ Only full unopened cartons in their original condition will be accepted.
§ Cut rolls of carpet are non-returnable.
§ Area rugs must be returned in original condition with no sign of use or wear.
§ No returns on moldings, trim pieces, decorative pieces or custom made goods.
§ We can not accept returns of less than 5 cartons.
§ Special order merchandise is subject to a 25% restocking fee plus return shipping fee.
§ All clearance, discontinued and close-out items are non-returnable.
§ Claims of defective material and or workmanship must be reported within 3 days of delivery or installation.
§ Cancelled special order products are subject to the above terms.
§ All returns are subject to seller’s inspection.
§ Dave Griggs’ Flooring America reserves the right to determine if merchandise returned by seller is refundable.
§ Merchandise purchased by check will be refunded by mail at a minimum of 5 days from date of original buyers check
§ Merchandise purchased by cash over $25.00 will be refunded by mail.
§ Credit card, debit card and Citifinancial purchases will be refunded by the same tender received.
Return policy is subject to change.
UPS reserves the right to either leave a package or request a signature at the delivery driver's discretion. If you require either a "Signature Only" or "No Signature Required" (drop-off) delivery, please indicate this in the "Additional Comments" field during the online checkout process or when calling in an order. If a shipment is lost in transit, we will replace the product or issue a complete refund. If proof of delivery has been provided and "Signature Only" was not requested, we are not responsible for any packages stolen from the delivery location.
